Our Pre Order Policy
This pre order Policy is to explain how our pre order system works when you place an order which includes a pre order item.
In most cases Items from the pre order section are ordered in at your request so some delays in shipping may take place depending on the situation.
We also place order right after the interest is shown and then we open the listing as preorder for our customers to secure the item to avoid any disappointment.
Cancellation due to Change of Mind, or NOT READING THE DESCRIPTION.
Before listing a preorder item we announce the preorder and expected shipment date on our Facebook page and then we make a listing again stating clearing that the item is a pre order and when to expect a shipment (which is an estimated date not a confirmed date) so it is the buyer’s responsibility to read that description and make a note of it as we as a seller reserve the rights to not cancel the order I case you as a buyer made a mistake or changed your mind. All preorder sales are final unless a mistake is made on our end and we have forgotten to mention that the item is pre order. in which case we will offer a refund.
If the listing clearly says the item is pre order and you as a buyer change your mind after you have made an order (which means you have agreed to our preorder policy at the time of placing the order) we will not offer a refund as the pre ordering an item means you agree to buy an item which is not a RTS and you have to wait for it to arrive at later date.
Cancellations
Please note all pre order sales are final, and are unable to be cancelled due to the items being brought in specifically at your request. As a B2B wholesale store we do not accept cancellations. Payment
Pre order items must be paid upfront at the time of purchase to ensure your order is secured and can be shipped as soon as we received the shipment. We do not reserve the items without an upfront payment.
Refunds
We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged (We will only offer a refund if the said item cannot be replaced like for like).
For damaged items you must send us photo evidence of the damage (and pictures of the packaging if damaged in transit by the courier) to info@sublivinylblanks.co.uk within 3 days of receiving said damaged item. THIS IS NON NEGOTIABLE. If the issue is not reported within the 3 days, we will consider you are happy with your product and you are giving up any right for exchange/refund of damages. We usually buy enough stock to cover any damage during the transit of our shipment to fulfil all orders but In the very unlikely circumstance of not having enough stock to fulfil all of the pre orders, we will work on orders in orderly manner and will send out orders which were placed at first to make it as fair as possible and will refund the orders placed latest. Product Description
Item description on the pre order page will include a detailed description of the product along with an estimated delivery time which can be anything from 5-60 days depending on each product and stated on the individual listing. It is the customers responsibility to ensure all item descriptions are read and understood before placing an order. As no refund will be offer if the buyer has missed the description and later realised it was a preorder item.
Delivery
Although, on most occasions our preorder products are received within the estimated times (the estimated time is given to us by the factory/supplier or our freight forwarder), delivery times are not guaranteed and SHOULD NOT be relied on. Delivery times can vary as the preorder items are bought in at your request and all preorders are finalised separately using different factories and supplier based abroad. We use many suppliers and freight forwarders to ship us the goods when ready, so some delays in shipping may occur which are out of our control. Delays in shipping may be a result of being shipped from overseas, supplier issues, customs clearance or particular busy periods. Hence Refunds will not be issued due to delayed deliveries.
Orders including preorder and in stock items
Orders including any pre ordered products will not be completed and dispatched until all products are in stock. We do not post partial order and Subli Vinyl Blanks cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed due to this. If you need an item urgently please order it separately and do not include it with preorder items.
Our Prices of Pre Order Item
Though we try to keep our prices stable and without any sudden changes, but due to increased costs encountered with most suppliers the Prices for our pre order items can be changed without any prior notice . We reserve the right to modify/change/update or discontinue the Service/item/product (or any part or content thereof) without any prior notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service/product/item.
REFUND POLICY
As a business to business wholesale store, we do not accept/offer refunds or cancellations unless items are damaged, faulty or unable to be fulfilled.
Returns
For your as a buyer to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Size, specification and quality should be checked before you personalise products in any way. We can’t provide a return or refund for any product which has been altered or personalised or by DIY
to start the return process, please contact us at info@sublivinylblanks.co.uk giving us as much and accurate details as possible for us to accept your request. Once we accept your return request we’ll send you a return shipping label, with the instructions instructions on how to send your package back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please check/inspect your order properly upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defected, damaged or the wrong item is being sent to you, so that we can provide a solution.
Pre Orders
All preorder sales are final and most of the times the product is being bought in at your request hence We do not accept refund request if you change your mind or made a mistake of not reading the description properly when placing the order as it is a customer’s responsibility to read it through before making a purchase, when pre ordering you as a buyer also agree on taking the risk of the item being delayed during the shipping process which is completely out of our hand.
once we receive the shipment, In the very unlikely situations of not having enough stock to complete all of the pre orders due to the goods being damaged or shipment being lost , to make it as fair as possible we work on a first come, first serve basis and will issue refunds to those who ordered in the latest dates for example of the preorder was opened on 1st of January we will prioritise the customers who placed their order on the closest dates and will issue a refund to the farthest ones.
All pre order sales are final, and are unable to be cancelled due to them being brought in at your request for example certain colours and sizes you select when placing the preorder. Please make sure you only place an order when willing to accept our terms.
Refunds
To process your refund.
We will notify you once we received and inspected the said item you have returned, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed by us.
We will not issue a manual refund using any other payment method you did not use at the time of placing the order. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the payment and it can take up to 10 working days for the payment too appear so please be patient. Feel free to cut act us if your payment does appear after a certain time period.
