Shipping Policy

This section will explain our shipping procedure of both in stock and Pre Order Items. 

Order Processing Time

We start processing your order after the payment is received. if you have paid through bank transfer we wait for the payment to be cleared
Our processing time of RTS/in stock items are 1-2 working days. We usually dispatch ordered same day if received before 12pm, Tuesday-Friday unless we have received large number of orders in which case your order will be posted next working days. 

we do not work on weekends hence no order can be sent out on Saturday or Sunday. 

Pre Order Items

Preo-Order items will only be posted to you once we receive the shipment and we work on first come first serve basis and send the orders out in order we received  them.  When placing a preorder please make sure you are aware of our Pre-Order policy as no changes or refund will be offered once you have placed your order. As a buyer/ Retailer you are responsible of reading the description before placing an order. Pre order can arrive with extended delays which are out of our hands and we do not take the responsibility of such delays like factory delaying the dispatch, delay at border, custom clearance freight/flight/road transit delay and we will not tolerate any rude abusive behaviour towards us or our staff or our business. Please place an order only if you agree to our policy. 

Delivery Time

The delivery depends on the shipping method you have selected, 

Evri 2-3 working days.

This is after your order is dispatched so please add our processing time to the shipping time. Please note for orders above 2kg select £7.00 for us to send your order through courier. Please select the right shipping method to avoid any delays as we will not post your order of the wrong shipping method is selected and you will have to pay the difference before we post your order.

Royal Mail 1st Class

Unlike many other wholesalers we offer cheaper postal options for your convenience. This service is offered for small order like 12 cold cups or an order which is under 1.5kg and can fit into small postal box Maximum size: 45 x 35 x 16cm. please do not select this for large orders as we will not post your order before you pay the difference of shipping cost. 

DPD

For any order up to 25kg. This is a next day service after your order is posted. We drop your parcel to DPD collection/access point from there DPD collect it depending on their collection time and once your order is collected by DPD it usually is delivered to you on very next working days on most of UK mainlands. 

Northern Ireland and Ireland

We do ship to Northern Ireland and Ireland. Please contact us before placing your order and we will send you an invoice quoting the shipment for your address.

 

*Please note shipping time does not include our processing time. Shipment time is after we post your order. 

*We can not guarantee an exact delivery time as once the order is dispatched it is out or our hand and any delays during the transit is down to the postal/courier service.

Shipping Cost/Payment

Our shipping cost is very economical and less than many of our competitors.

For Courier delivery We charge single fee for your order regardless of how many boxes it contains for which we have to pay additional fee from our pocket. 

 

We do not charge packaging fee for most of our orders and cover it from our pocket. 

Returns

When returning an order, if the item was damaged or a wrong item has been sent to you, we will cover the cost of sending the item back to us by providing you a return label. 

As B2B wholesaler we do not accept return/refund requests if you change your mind after receding the item but you are most welcome to destash the items using our Facebook group.
